大作文tips：

1)在提出一個(gè)論點(diǎn)后，一定要記得用條理清晰、符合常識(shí)、內(nèi)容詳實(shí)的論據(jù)來(lái)支撐論點(diǎn)。

2)句與句之間如果有邏輯關(guān)系，則一定要加邏輯連詞，這樣行文會(huì)更流暢。

3)使用名詞做主語(yǔ)、變主動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)為被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)(eg. Companies produce more than before可改寫(xiě)成Productivity of companies is promoted)，是提高文章正式性的好方法哦~

工作類(lèi)

1. It is better for people to be unemployed rather than to be employed without a job they enjoy.To what extend do you agree or disagree?

2. In some countries, it is illegal for companies to reject job applicant for their age. Is this a positive or negative development?

3. It is suggested that all the young adults should undertake a period of unpaid work helping people in the community. Does it bring more benefits or drawbacks to the community and the young people?

1.關(guān)于工作滿意度和工作穩(wěn)定性：有人認(rèn)為滿意度比穩(wěn)定性(stability)重要，他們相信對(duì)工作內(nèi)容的興趣和熱情是決定了工作成就的最主要因素，只有在做自己喜歡的事情時(shí)，人們才會(huì)全身心地投入(delicate)，從而產(chǎn)出更大的成果。但另一些人認(rèn)為，穩(wěn)定性才是選擇工作的首要條件，如醫(yī)生、教師、律師、工程師這樣的職業(yè)是可以做一輩子的(life-long career)，能夠提供給人穩(wěn)定(secured)的收入來(lái)源，而穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入比什么都重要。

2.關(guān)于頻繁更換工作：頻繁換工作對(duì)雇員來(lái)講，其好處在于能夠通過(guò)不斷的嘗試，認(rèn)清(identify)自己最適合做的工作是什么，找到自己的興趣所在，從而獲得越來(lái)越高的工作滿意度，但其壞處在于，沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)期的經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累(experience accumulation)，專(zhuān)業(yè)程度不高，個(gè)人的職業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力(competitiveness)會(huì)很弱。對(duì)雇主來(lái)講，雇員流動(dòng)性大的好處在于可以不考慮晉升(promotion)和加薪(pay raise)問(wèn)題，節(jié)約用人成本(labor cost)，但壞處在于，團(tuán)隊(duì)不穩(wěn)定影響人際關(guān)系(interpersonal relationship)，員工專(zhuān)業(yè)化水平低影響公司發(fā)展。

教育類(lèi)

1.Nowadays，full-time university students tend to focus on their studying. Some people think it is essential for university students to be involved in other activities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

2. Some people think family has great influence on children's development. Others, however, believe that other things, such as media, have greater effects. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

3. Many students are taught to push themselves and try hard to be better than their classmates, rather than work together for everyone’s benefits. Do the disadvantages of training students to be competitive outweigh the advantages?

1. Towns and cities are attractive places. Some suggest the government should spend money putting in more works of art like paintings and statues to make them better to live in. Do you agree or disagree?
