雙語(yǔ)閱讀|做到這三點(diǎn)，你就是最幸福的人

很多同學(xué)總是覺(jué)得自己壓力好大，一點(diǎn)都不幸福。其實(shí)想得到幸福一點(diǎn)也不難，只要你做到下面三點(diǎn)，你就是最幸福的人。

1. Forgive everyone/原諒所有人

The first step to becoming a better person is forgiveness. This can be a difficult one, but by learning to forgive everyone, your life will become much easier and happier. First of all, you should forgive your parents. Everybody has some scars from their childhood, even if they’re raised by wonderful parents, and perhaps you are no exception. Remember it was in the past and you live in the present so let go of those past childhood hurts and you will feel much better. No parent is ideal. They have never raised kids before, and sometimes they’re learning as well as growing with their kids.

成為一個(gè)更幸福的人的第一步就是原諒。這是很難做到的一點(diǎn)，但是通過(guò)學(xué)會(huì)原諒所有人，你的生活會(huì)變得更加容易和幸福。首先，你應(yīng)該原諒你的杜牧。每個(gè)人在他們的童年的時(shí)候，都會(huì)留下一些上吧，即使他們父母對(duì)孩子照顧得無(wú)微不至，或許你也不例外。記住那些都是過(guò)去的事情了，你要活在當(dāng)下，所以忘卻那些兒時(shí)的傷害，你會(huì)感覺(jué)更好。沒(méi)有完美的父母。他們以前也從未撫養(yǎng)過(guò)孩子，有時(shí)候他們?cè)谂c自己的孩子相處的過(guò)程中，邊學(xué)邊成長(zhǎng)。

2. Learn to keep your dignity/學(xué)會(huì)保持自己的尊嚴(yán)

Another important thing to do to become a better person is to learn how to keep your dignity. Keep in mind that only you’re responsible for your choices and decisions in life and never get down on yourself when you do something wrong.

成為更幸福的人，另一個(gè)重要的事情就是學(xué)會(huì)如何保持自己的尊嚴(yán)。要記住你只有你對(duì)自己生活的選擇和決定負(fù)責(zé)，當(dāng)你做錯(cuò)事情的時(shí)候，永遠(yuǎn)不要萎靡不振。

Even if someone hurts you or you have a big disagreement with somebody, don’t let anyone or anything bring you down and remind yourself that your life is unique, special and really worthwhile.

即使有人傷害了你，或是你和別人有很大的分歧，不要讓任何人或者事情打垮你，提醒自己：你的生命是獨(dú)一無(wú)二的，特別的，真正有價(jià)值的。

3. Pursue your passion/追求你的目標(biāo)

It’s important to find yourself and pursue your passion. Learn to listen to your inner self, and this will help you make your dreams a reality and become a better person, even when someone is trying to bring you down.

找到自我，追求自己的目標(biāo)很重要。學(xué)會(huì)傾聽(tīng)自己的內(nèi)心，這會(huì)幫助你夢(mèng)想成真，成為更幸福的人，即使有人想要打垮你。

Some people try to bring you down because they’re too weak and diffident to pursue their passions and they think you shouldn’t pursue yours. Don’t listen to them. Spend time with yourself and think about the thing that bring you joy. You’ll soon discover your passion and start pursuing it.

有人想要打垮你，因?yàn)樗麄兲撊?，缺乏信心，而不能追求自己的目?biāo)，他們認(rèn)為你不應(yīng)該追求你的目標(biāo)。不要聽(tīng)信他們的話。花時(shí)間獨(dú)處，想想那些給你帶來(lái)快樂(lè)的事情。你很快就能發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的激情所在，然后開(kāi)始追求目標(biāo)。
