雅思口語(yǔ)之不落俗套的表達(dá)方法

雅思口語(yǔ)考試中，如果將一些常用的詞或詞組換一種表達(dá)方式，勢(shì)必會(huì)給考官帶來(lái)耳目一新的感覺(jué)，說(shuō)不定會(huì)為你的口語(yǔ)成績(jī)加上幾分呢！一起來(lái)看看吧！

“因?yàn)椤?/strong>別再說(shuō)because了，學(xué)學(xué)這幾種表達(dá)方法!

1.owing to

Owing to the help from his mother, he has made rapid progress.

因?yàn)樗麐寢尩膸椭?，他進(jìn)步很快。

2.thanks to

Thanks to the angle at which TOM stood, he could just see the sunset.

由于站的位置視角好，湯姆剛好能看見(jiàn)日落。

3.as a result of

Millions of people are threatened with starvation as a result of drought and poor harvests.

數(shù)百萬(wàn)的人因干旱和歉收而受到饑餓的威脅。

4.due to

The little girl began to cry due to the thunder.

那個(gè)小女孩因?yàn)榇蚶锥蘖似饋?lái)

5.on account of

He was very scared on account of darkness.

6.since

I'm forever on a diet, since I put on weight easily.

我永遠(yuǎn)都在減肥，因?yàn)槲液苋菀组L(zhǎng)胖。

1.I reckon

This is a more informal way of giving your opinion: 這個(gè)表達(dá)更多地用在非正式場(chǎng)合。

例句：I reckon it will be much faster to get to London by train.

我認(rèn)為坐火車(chē)去倫敦會(huì)更快。

2. In my opinion /(3)In my view

These expressions are more formal and are often used when talking about important issues 這兩個(gè)詞組比較正式，并且通常在討論重要問(wèn)題時(shí)使用。

例句： In my opinion, the Bank of England should not raise interest rates this year.

我認(rèn)為英國(guó)銀行今年不應(yīng)該增加利息。

In my view, they made a huge mistake in not selling the company when they had the chance.

在我看來(lái)，當(dāng)他們有機(jī)會(huì)賣(mài)掉公司時(shí)卻不賣(mài)是個(gè)重大的錯(cuò)誤。

4. It seems to me (5) All things considered

When you’ve thought about a situation carefully you could use either of these two expressions.這兩個(gè)句式常用來(lái)表達(dá)經(jīng)過(guò)深思熟慮后的意見(jiàn)。

例句：It seems to me that they are spending more money than they need to attract new talent into the company.

在我看來(lái)，在為公司引進(jìn)新人才時(shí)，他們的花費(fèi)比實(shí)際需求多很多。

All things considered, I think we made a wise choice in recruiting James.

總的來(lái)看，我認(rèn)為招聘詹姆斯是一個(gè)明智的選擇。

6. If you ask me

This is used when your opinion is critical. Sometimes, people say this even when their opinion hasn’t been asked for! 這個(gè)句式可以用來(lái)表達(dá)建設(shè)性的批評(píng)或意見(jiàn)。有時(shí)，人們甚至?xí)跊](méi)有被詢(xún)問(wèn)意見(jiàn)的時(shí)候使用這個(gè)短語(yǔ)。

例句： –“If you ask me,…..”

“依我看…”

–“But I didn’t ask you….!”

但是我沒(méi)有問(wèn)你…”!

If you ask me, she has spoilt her children far too much.

依我看，她太過(guò)溺愛(ài)她的孩子了。

7. To be honest (8) To tell you the truth (9) To be frank

All three expressions are a way of giving your opinion when you know that people may not like what you have to say 如果需要說(shuō)些不討喜的話(huà)，這三個(gè)短語(yǔ)能派上用場(chǎng)。

例句： To tell you the truth, your father was right when he said that you undersold the company.

恕我直言，你父親對(duì)你低價(jià)拋售公司的判斷是對(duì)的。

To be honest, I preferred it when you were blonde.

說(shuō)實(shí)話(huà)，我更喜歡你金發(fā)的樣子。

To be frank, I thought her acting was simply terrible.

坦白講，我覺(jué)得他的表演很糟糕。

10. Frankly speaking

You would use this expression to give your opinion in a more familiar and forthright way. 這是一種更親近和直率的表達(dá)意見(jiàn)的方式。

例句： Frankly speaking, I don’t know what she sees in him.

坦白地說(shuō)，我不知道她看上他哪一點(diǎn)。

11. Personally

This is used to emphasize that you are giving your own opinion Personally通常用來(lái)強(qiáng)調(diào)你表達(dá)的只是個(gè)人意見(jiàn)。

例句：Personally, I think the CEO should apologize for his appalling behavior at the shareholders meeting.

就我而言，我認(rèn)為總裁應(yīng)該為他在股東大會(huì)的惡劣行為道歉。

12. To my mind (13) As far as

I’m concerned When you realize that other people may not agree with you, you would use either of these expressions.如果你覺(jué)得別人可能不會(huì)同意你的意見(jiàn)，可以使用這兩種表達(dá)中的任意一種。

例句：To my mind, private education is better than state education.

依我看，私立教育比公立教育好。

As far as I’m concerned, tennis is a much more interesting sport than football.

就我而言，網(wǎng)球比足球有意思多了。
