項(xiàng)目介紹

Students will learn foundational concepts that facilitate growth and development as a leader. These include creating an environment where leadership development thrives, identifying opportunities to lead – with and without authority, learning to set and achieve development goals, giving and receiving feedback, using coaching as an action-oriented approach to achieving goals, and how to overcome barriers to growth and development.

學(xué)生將學(xué)習(xí)作為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者如何促進(jìn)個(gè)人及團(tuán)隊(duì)的成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展的基本概念,其中包括創(chuàng)造適宜領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力發(fā)展的環(huán)境,在有權(quán)力和無權(quán)力的情況下確定領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的機(jī)會(huì),學(xué)習(xí)設(shè)立并實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展目標(biāo),給予并接受反饋,將以行動(dòng)為導(dǎo)向的方法實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo),克服困難,完成個(gè)人及團(tuán)隊(duì)的成長(zhǎng)與發(fā)展。

導(dǎo)師介紹

耶魯大學(xué)講師

Professor Sarah specializes in development for leaders and organizations. Her experience includes executive coaching and consulting to organizations as they cultivate and expand their leadership capacity. She believes there is no one-size fits all approach to leadership and works with clients to unlock their potential and explore their identities as leaders.

Since 2012, Professor Sarah has been on the faculty at the Yale School of Management where her work focuses on the practical, hands-on application of leadership theory and concepts. She uses a combination of humor, candor, and support to help students achieve personal growth, develop others as leaders, and facilitate organizational change.
