The project will focus on analyzing the driving factors and goals of large enterprises' innovation, and combining with the development trends of their industries, to gain insight into the innovation trends of large enterprises.

項(xiàng)目介紹：該項(xiàng)目將帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們?nèi)ピu(píng)判性的思考企業(yè)如何利用數(shù)據(jù)和數(shù)字技術(shù)在新興行業(yè)和成熟行業(yè)中超越競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手，通過(guò)真實(shí)的企業(yè)案例去分析在現(xiàn)實(shí)的商業(yè)世界中，企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略決策與理想化決策分析的不同。同時(shí)導(dǎo)師也將帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們通過(guò)商業(yè)模擬比賽，更加深入的去了解在產(chǎn)品服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)，銷售預(yù)測(cè)，庫(kù)存管理等關(guān)鍵性環(huán)節(jié)在真實(shí)商戰(zhàn)中的體現(xiàn)。通過(guò)這些學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，學(xué)生可以更準(zhǔn)確的去判斷某公司業(yè)務(wù)的潛在利益或威脅，并能夠提供自己的專業(yè)建議。學(xué)生將在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束時(shí)提交課題報(bào)告，并完成演講及成果展示。 This course will prepare you to think critically and actively about how businesses can leverage data and digital technology to outsmart their competitors in both new and established industries. At the end of the course, you should be in a better position to advise companies about the potential benefits or threats to their business given the emergence of data-centric businesses and to generate ideas to start or run your own businesses.
