How to raise young people’s awareness to keep fit?

Youngsters always take their health for granted, which is why it is so hard to ask them to keep fit by showing them the consequences of unhealthy lifestyles.

But they like to follow suit. They often imitate the behaviors of their idols. SO I think the first step is to require the public figures in our society, especially the pop stars, to set up a good example for the young people. For example, they should not smoke or drink or use drugs. In fact, the Chinese government has stipulated that artists with drug-using history are banned from public media. Apart from that, young people are also gregarious, hence their behaviors are oftentimes under the influence of their peers. Thus, another effective method is to hold some group activities to educate them of the importance of education.
