項(xiàng)目背景:自查爾斯狄更斯之后,經(jīng)常會(huì)有人說:“這是最好的時(shí)代,也是最壞的時(shí)代”。有人將這種科技涌現(xiàn)所帶來的動(dòng)蕩稱為第四次工業(yè)革命 ;有人則稱之為大破壞時(shí)代 ;也有人稱之為“VUCA”。拋開文藝青年的呢喃,在以云計(jì)算、人工智能、以及大數(shù)據(jù)為代表的科技迅猛發(fā)展的當(dāng)今,VUCA 不再是軍事專有的術(shù)語。它指出了商業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者面對(duì)的四個(gè)關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險(xiǎn) :易變(Volatility)、不確定(Uncertainty)、復(fù)雜(Complexity)和模糊(Ambiguity)。對(duì)于 VUCA 環(huán)境,如何放大員工和團(tuán)隊(duì)的價(jià)值,致力于工作做到最好,并協(xié)助公司加速向前發(fā)展,開始成為人力資源工作者重要的策略性思考。本項(xiàng)目不僅會(huì)涉及員工培養(yǎng)理論性知識(shí),還會(huì)結(jié)合實(shí)例進(jìn)行員工領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的實(shí)踐,做到理論和應(yīng)用的相結(jié)合。 Today’s world is characterized as being VUCA - volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. Because of this new and unpredictable environment, it is almost impossible to predict threats or opportunities - at the same time, the potential for disruption is very high. What is VUCA really about and how can organizations and leaders adapt to it? It still needs to be discussed.

項(xiàng)目介紹:VUCA是指volatility(易變性),uncertainty(不確定性),complexity(復(fù)雜性),ambiguity(模糊性)的縮寫。人才是企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心動(dòng)力,尤其在這種充滿不確定性的環(huán)境下。我們是否落實(shí)了接班人計(jì)劃、員工領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力發(fā)展,建立一個(gè)積極的果斷的人才發(fā)展機(jī)制,并在企業(yè)內(nèi)確保這個(gè)機(jī)制的有效運(yùn)行,是管理者需要重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的話題。本課程將結(jié)合多種教學(xué)方法:講座、小組討論、團(tuán)隊(duì)項(xiàng)目和自我評(píng)估,并強(qiáng)調(diào)如何激勵(lì)及有效培訓(xùn)員工,并這些概念與學(xué)生未來職業(yè)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)聯(lián)系起來。學(xué)生將在項(xiàng)目結(jié)束時(shí),選擇自己感興趣的方向進(jìn)行科學(xué)研究,提交項(xiàng)目報(bào)告,進(jìn)行成果展示。

VUCA stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. It describes a globally connected world where constant, unpredictable change is the norm. Following the premise that leadership is a skill to acquire and master, rather than a genetic inheritance, this course will provide a framework and template for your journey into VUCA, including developing awareness of your leadership style and what it takes to positively influence those who work with you and your organization. The course will combine a variety of pedagogical approaches: lectures, group discussions, team projects and self-assessments. Emphasis is placed on self-reflection and linking the concepts to students’ own objectives for their future career and development as leader. Students will work in small teams and explore leadership concepts and issues covered in class in a particular industry / function they are interested in. Teams will present their key findings at the end of the course.
