項目背景：自查爾斯狄更斯之后，經(jīng)常會有人說：“這是最好的時代，也是最壞的時代”。有人將這種科技涌現(xiàn)所帶來的動蕩稱為第四次工業(yè)革命 ；有人則稱之為大破壞時代 ；也有人稱之為“VUCA”。拋開文藝青年的呢喃，在以云計算、人工智能、以及大數(shù)據(jù)為代表的科技迅猛發(fā)展的當(dāng)今，VUCA 不再是軍事專有的術(shù)語。它指出了商業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者面對的四個關(guān)鍵風(fēng)險 ：易變（Volatility）、不確定 （Uncertainty）、復(fù)雜（Complexity）和模糊（Ambiguity）。對于 VUCA 環(huán)境，企業(yè)是否緊抓外部形勢和內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的核心，并提出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者甚至全體員工所需具備的新的能力和思維至關(guān)重要。對企業(yè)而言，其不得不需要思考 ：如何將這些新的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)思維落地和植入？如何喚醒長期在“舒適區(qū)”內(nèi)的管理者？傳統(tǒng)的一些“培養(yǎng)”方式在多變環(huán)境中的有效性是否不減？本項目不僅會涉及培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論性知識，還會結(jié)合實例進行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的實踐，理論和應(yīng)用的相結(jié)合。 Today’s world is characterized as being VUCA - volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous. Because of this new and unpredictable environment, it is almost impossible to predict threats or opportunities - at the same time, the potential for disruption is very high. What is VUCA really about and how can organizations and leaders adapt to it? It still needs to be discussed.

項目介紹：VUCA是指volatility（易變性），uncertainty（不確定性），complexity（復(fù)雜性），ambiguity（模糊性）的縮寫。“兵無常勢，水無常形?！弊兓c不確定，是永恒的主題。成功的變革，可謂是鳳毛麟角。如何搶占變化先機，提高變化的效率和成功率，是每位管理者萬分關(guān)心的重大課題。人力資源也要適應(yīng)環(huán)境變化，以創(chuàng)新思維提升企業(yè)競爭力和盈利能力。本課程將結(jié)合多種教學(xué)方法:講座、小組討論、團隊項目和自我評估，并強調(diào)自我反思，將這些概念與學(xué)生未來職業(yè)發(fā)展的目標聯(lián)系起來。學(xué)生將在項目結(jié)束時，選擇自己感興趣的方向進行科學(xué)研究，提交項目報告，進行成果展示。

VUCA stands for volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. It describes a globally connected world where constant, unpredictable change is the norm. Following the premise that leadership is a skill to acquire and master, rather than a genetic inheritance, this course will provide a framework and template for your journey into VUCA, including developing awareness of your leadership style and what it takes to positively influence those who work with you and your organization. The course will combine a variety of pedagogical approaches: lectures, group discussions, team projects and self-assessments. Emphasis is placed on self-reflection and linking the concepts to students’ own objectives for their future career and development as leader. Students will work in small teams and explore leadership concepts and issues covered in class in a particular industry / function they are interested in. Teams will present their key findings at the end of the course.
