With growing demand for qualified civil engineers, our MEng (Hons) Civil Engineering degree is the gateway to a challenging and rewarding profession.**Led by our IStructE award-winning team, we’ll equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to create the infrastructure of the future. Accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators (Institution of Structural Engineers, Institution of Civil Engineers, Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation and the Institute of Highway Engineers) as fully satisfying the educational base for an Incorporated Engineer (IEng), you’ll meet highest professional standards. Course content is drawn from across the civil engineering spectrum. You’ll study structures, materials, mathematics and geology. You’ll build knowledge in design and construction management, highways and geotechnics. You’ll experience Constructionarium - a practical residential field course at the National Construction College. With our MEng pathway, you’ll advance your studies to postgraduate level with modules in geotechnical engineering, structures, structural design and detailing, and water resources.
