Finance is about finding the most effective way to use the money you have, the money you'll make, and the money you'll spend.

UNB’s Finance program will teach you how to plan, manage, and analyze an organization’s financial activities and make important investment decisions that will maximize profits. You’ll learn about key business principles, such as investments, budgets, and mergers and acquisitions, and you’ll explore how individuals and businesses use resources over time.

At UNB's Fredericton campus you can specialize in finance by completing the honours or concentration, and you’ll have the opportunity to train at UNB’s state-of-the-art Financial Lab and work toward Bloomberg certification.

You’ll learn from top-notch instructors recognized nationally and internationally for teaching and research. Our small class sizes mean greater interaction between you, your instructors, and your peers.

Co-operative Education (Co-op) program accredited by the Canadian Association for Co-operative Education.

High school students applying to undergraduate programs at the University of New Brunswick. China: Senior Middle Two and Three results as well as a graduation certificate. Students may also be asked to report scores from the National College Entrance Examination grades of 70% or above. International students require the following English language proficiency minimum scores for direct entry into most academic programs: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 85, CAEL 60, or Pearson Vue Test 59.
