Marketing

This specialisation provides insight into the value of various communication models and the strategies of influence and persuasion used by business. You’ll learn to coordinate and integrate all marketing communications (including advertising, public relations, sales promotions and personal selling) and maximise impact on customers and stakeholders.

We’ll teach you to understand internal communications, external communications, traditional media and new media, enabling you to evaluate marketing communication options and design an integrated marketing communication plan.
