Felician University’s Bachelor’s in Exercise Sports Science program is ideal for students interested in studying subjects such as kinesiology, psychology, biomechanics, and nutrition. Our Bachelor of Science program combines multiple branches of science with business and sports management skills to produce graduates who are prepared for careers in this dynamic and modern industry.

Felician’s Exercise Sports Science students gain the knowledge and understanding of the principles of biology, chemistry, and nutrition, as well as an advanced understanding of human anatomy and physiology as they relate to physical activity, exercise, health, and disease. Graduates become advocates for physically active lifestyles as a means to improve quality of life and reduce the risk and prevalence of lifestyle-related diseases.

Exercise Sports Science Career Opportunities

In this program, you’ll develop knowledge in sports management and business strategy that will prove useful in numerous industries, along with skills in problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. As an added benefit, Felician students participate in a senior research project and an internship in an area of their choice. Our location, less than 15 miles away from NYC, allows students to intern and work with major exercise sports science businesses. You’ll also study side-by-side with students and faculty in the new Athletic Training Center to analyze the human potential in athletes.
